Miguel J. Pérez Carrillo is one of the pioneers of the martial arts in Spain.
With more than 50 years practice. Soldier of career (Academia General of Zaragoza, VII course) he has got a degree in Gymnastics and has written a large number of sport works about martial arts and the body culture.
Among them, we can point up Gimnasia para todos (Gymnastics for everybody) (awarded by the Consejo Superior de Deportes (Sports Council)), Judo Infantil (Judo for children) (first book about this topic edited in Spanish) or Yawara-Jitsu (sold out and in which we can find his knowledge about self-defence). He is International Master of Yawara-Jitsu 9º Dan, National Training Master of Judo 2º Dan, National Training Master of Jiu-Jitsu 3º Dan, Black Belt of Karate 2º Dan. He has practice a lot of western and eastern martial arts, from wrestling or Sambo to fencing, English boxing, Kobudo or Aikido.
His tireless teaching activity, makes him teach self-defence in civil (gyms, sport clubs and schools) and military worlds (classes to the national police, local police, security guards and bodyguards), both in intensive courses and classes throughout the year.
He has developed, from the techniques and methodology of Yawara-Jitsu and his wide experience (he has been self-defence and shooting teacher for the Armed Police and other security corps for more than fifteen years), a very complete police programme that he teaches in the courses of Police Self-defence Master, which are considered the most complete within Europe in police matters.
